That's a complete, professional small business website, and there is no required monthly website subscription. Add-ons like galleries, blogs, Shopify stores, or custom tools are quoted separately and always listed in plain dollars up front.

No required monthly website fee. The only ongoing cost is your domain name (your web address, e.g. yourbusiness.ca), which you own. While you're starting out, your site, forms, and email run on free service tiers — so often your domain is your only real cost. If you grow past those free limits, you simply upgrade that one service.

Yes — you need a domain (your web address). You can bring one you already own, or I'll register one for you. I can set up .ca, .com, .co, .net, .info, .org and most popular extensions. You always own the domain outright.

Easiest: send me the name you want and I'll check it (and suggest the best available extensions) for free. Prefer to look yourself? You can search and see live pricing on Cloudflare's domain registration (a free Cloudflare account lets you search). Once you pick one, I handle the whole setup.

Cloudflare sells domains at wholesale cost with no markup — and charges the same low price every year. Many registrars hook you with a cheap or "free" first year, then renew at 1.5–2× Cloudflare's price. Cloudflare also includes free SSL (the HTTPS padlock/security) — other providers can charge around $100/year for that. Note: Cloudflare's domain prices are shown in USD. You keep full ownership the whole time.

You do — completely. I set everything up under an email address you control: your own, or a fresh email I create and hand over to you. You receive the logins to your domain, hosting, and business email, so you have full access for the future. No lock-in, no holding your site hostage.

Your site runs on fast, modern infrastructure (Cloudflare). While traffic is light, your site, contact forms, and business email sit comfortably on free tiers — so you're not paying monthly hosting bills. If your business grows past those free limits, you just upgrade the one service that needs it, and I'll tell you exactly when and what — no surprise charges.

Your first 6 months of support are included free — tweaks, questions, and small fixes. After that, there's no monthly subscription: you only pay if and when you actually need help, at a flat $50 per support request (most are quick). I aim to build things that just keep working, so you rarely need it.

You own everything, so you're never stuck. Because your site, email, and forms rely on third-party services (like Cloudflare and Resend) and free tiers that those companies can change over time, I can't guarantee uninterrupted service or take on ongoing responsibility beyond the included 6 months — some things are simply outside my control. After 6 months I'm not on a retainer, but I'm always glad to help when you need it, at the flat $50-per-request rate. In short: built to last, fully owned by you, and help is here whenever you want it.
